Unit prices are in EURO per villa per week.
Reservation is make for weekly period stay.
Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 900 € for high season (01 Jun -30 Sept), 600 € for mid-season (01 Apr - 31 May and 01. Oct - 30.Nov), 400 € for low-season (01 Nov. -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 90 € for high season, 60 € for mid-season, 40 € for low-season. Babies 0-3 years old free
Meanwhile 100 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.
20% VAT and 2% accommodation tax are added to list prices.
30 % of the total amount of the rent should be paid as a downpayment to our bank account.

Upon receipt of a copy of this downpayment document by fax from you to the following fax No: +90 (232) 4846758, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.
The balance 70% of the rent has to be paid when you check-in. Payment must be in cash. The keys to the villa will only be given after payment is made
In case of cancellation on your part, the 30% downpayment will be forfeited
Should the guests decide to leave the villa earlier, they will not be entitled for a refund of the balance of the total amount of the rental
