As you have seen the photos on the page there is a fantastic, lovely and very safe part of our villa.

We live in upper flat and the part of the villa is completely indepent. It is only 30 meter dirct to the sea.

All of rooms have sea view. there is a fantastic small beach with sun umbrellaa and lounges

It has a big living room with and new open kitchen and two bedrooms.

One of them is with double bed, another bedroom is a with two single beds.

One new bathrooms with toilet and full furnitured including TV, washer, disher,

Internet acces available (wifi - DSL)etc. 
It has big grass garden.

There are 5 villas in the courtyard (in the big green grass garden) they are like a small site. Our apartment is 2 km far from the village. Also there is a small market near the villa 

The rental price is 800 Euro for high season ( 01.06 - 30.09 ), 500 Euro for mid.season ( 01.04  - 31.05 and 01.10  - 30.11 ) and 250 Euro for low season ( 01.12  - 31.03 ) ..

Meanwhile 40 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.

20% VAT and 2% accommodation tax are added to list prices.
